We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Exchange is only applicable to regular-priced items. Items bought on SALE does not qualify for exchange. You can only change the size or color of THE SAME DESIGN.

Send an email with subject: FOR EXCHANGE and the order number
Provide the following information:
NAME (as inputted in our website)
ITEM for return (design name, size and color)
NEW ITEM as replacement (SAME DESIGN, size and color)
Please wait for a reply with further instructions.
2. Send the item back to Ziya office
Please send the item to Ziya Studio with the following details. Take note that the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Pay the same shipping fee via bank deposit and email us a copy for documentation.
